WAYS TO GET A HEALTHY SKIN

We all want clear and beauty skin. There are hundreds of different natural and medicinal techniques and treatments out there to help you but actually the most important thing is to follow a daily skincare routine to keep our skin fresh, clean, and hydrated.

1.Washing our face in the morning will remove any oils or dirt that collect on our skin while we're sleep. We usually sleep with the same bed sheets for about a week so germs and bacteria can patch to our face from these areas as well.Even more crucial is washing your face at the end of the day.  Our skin comes in contact with so many elements on a daily basis that contains bacteria etc.  It is necessary to wash off our face before we lay our head down on our pillow.

2. Skin needs hydration. Without hydration, our skin will pull bad oils. These bad oils cause breakouts that wouldn’t normally occur. An oil-free moisturizer is best to use twice a day. So,it's important to keep faces hydrated and see what a positive difference it makes on our skin!

3. Our skin restores itself while our body is resting. Sleep is a crucial part of our beauty and health so should not be taken lightly.Getting enough sleep at night can help us reduces wrinkle.Don't forget to at least 8 hours of sleep.

4.We need to choose what we're going to eat. It's better if we eat a lot of veggies, fruits, and lean protein. Avoid foods that contain fats, sugars, ans sodium. Those foods can bring negative effect through our skin

5.Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water will keep our skin more hydrated and can make toxins out from our body more quickly, minimizing our acne breakouts and wrinkles.

YOUTH'S VIOLENCE

Nowadays, teenagers experience about crime are more frequently than other age groups. In fact, teens and young people experience the highest rates of violent crime. Most of the crimes occur on school environment or school related activities.

Some youngsters are drawn towards criminal behaviour simply due to boredom and the lack of something positive or gainful to do , this issue could possible be overcome by more supportive action from the affected community. When we bored it’s better if we spend that time to do positive and meaningful activity through join organization at school or join club like sport club, music club, theatre club etc.

Living in a safe, stable and healthy environment naturally encourages young people to live healthy lives. We all need to look after our own physical health, to understand and control our feelings and emotions and to deal with all lives problems that get thrown at us. Without these comforts and support, young people will not be prepared and won’t know how to react to emotions such as anger, confusion, frustration or depression, which could possible push one towards crime.

Today’s youth can be affected and directed by the media, a very strong force that can affect all of us, it can influence what we do, what we wear, how we look, how we act, it can change our beliefs and influence our thoughts. Media can both glorify and demonise youth culture, young people need to be smart in the way they react to what the media tells them. Similar to the media, films, video games and music can have the same influencing effects by promoting criminal acts.

Life's a beach

If one ponders over whether he should embark upon a voyage to see the grandeur of the world, he should contemplate no more. The world is your oyster. Of all the breathtaking places scattered throughout planet earth, no location can compete with the beauty of a beach. Envisage the sun kissing the soft grains of sand while the waves spill and run slowly up the shore. Families sunbathing under the rays of sunshine, children laughing while building towers of sandcastles waiting to be swept away by the salty waters. My idea of a perfect travel encompasses these three astounding beaches:

1. The Maldives
Located southwest of Sri Lanka, you'll have about 3,000 coral reefs to explore. The Maldives, which is often perceived as an ideal honeymoon destination, proved to be one of the most favourite destinations for family holidays. If your type of beach includes warm seas filled with tropical fish, soft white sands, and year-round sunshine, look no further.

2. Bora Bora
Words will never prevail to illustrate the beauty of the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora. You can stay in the over-water bungalows above the calm and azure waters. Snorkeling and scuba diving are amongst favoured activities with the many species of sharks and rays inhabiting the surrounding body of water. Matira Beach, a mile of magnificent sand at the southern tip of Bora-Bora, will leave you breathless.

3. Bali
Bali is one of the few places in the world where the sun-drenched beaches extend to remarkable hills with exquisite temples. Kuta and Seminyak's white sands got the whole world paying attention to this dreamy utopia. Lovinya beach's tranquil shores and calm waters provide seclusion and peacefulness for the typical beachgoers. Lets also not forget Jimbaran beach with its great sand, serenity, and incredible seafood.

Energy Drinks

Nowadays, to have some physical exercises have been a lifestyle for most people. Having a fit body as the result of doing the exercise is the main goal. Some gentle exercises such as walking, cycling, or jogging might be the best key to have a fit and slim body. On the other hand, taking control of the meal also would be very important to stay healthy.

It is also necessary to off the body of its work by taking a rest or doing other relaxations. Having a tiresome from the daily activities or the physical exercises are a normal response of the body's systems. After the body have been doing the hard work, automatically the body would put more efforts by burning the fat and turning it into energy to be used. That's why the energy of the body is decreased gradually and people feel fatigue. In this situation, most people who have some regular exercises would be stronger than people with less exercises.

The fact shows that some people have a wrong way to have a fit body. These days, to prevent excessive fatigue, many people prefer consuming energy drinks. Believing energy drinks as the best solution to boost energy might not be the best choice. The advertisements on television or newspaper about energy drinks are not totally right.

Beside the benefits of energy drinks, people need to be concerned about the negative effects. Most energy drinks contain a large amounts of caffeine, sugar, and other substances. On consumption, caffeine stimulates the central nervous system, therefore, the body would restore wakefulness and reduce fatigue. These effects are only can provide a temporary energy boost. Research proves that consuming caffeine in a big amounts would decrease the body's health. Its side effects such as causing a damage on brain system, increased blood pressure, rapid heartbeat, irritability, nervousness, and others. In addition, consuming too much sugar might contribute weight gain and diabetes. Other substances such as artificial coloring might increase the risk of cancer.

As the safety of an energy drink debate rages on, it would be essential to take a look at what harmful consequences could result by consuming too many energy drinks. Considering the fact that energy drinks contain many unhealthy contents, people should aware themselves while consuming energy drinks. Paying more attention of the warning label on most brands of energy drinks might help people to prevent an overdose serving.

On the contrary, consuming energy drinks are not a bad thing at all. Due to the high demand for some activities, people might need some extra energy. Consuming the energy drinks might be very helpful in the emergency situation.

As the conclusion, doing some regular exercises and controlling the meal are the best way to keep the body fit. Having some relaxations and resting the body are also necessary. Be wise and think twice before consuming the energy drinks. Do not force your body to have worked more than its capacity by consuming the energy drinks. Remember the side effects and paying more attention of the warning label. It might be better to off your body for a while to gain more energy than consuming the energy drinks.

The Great International night out

Saturday night always be a favorite day for everyone. We can go out and enjoy the night with friends and family. Go out any Saturday night in cities as far apart as Beijing, Berlin, and many countries, the chances are you’ll find people eating pizzas or enjoying a little karaoke, But have you ever wondered how these things started?

Pizza~
Pizza has a long history. The ancient Greeks first had the idea of putting vegetables on large flat pieces of bread, and ‘pizza ovens’ have been found in the ruins of roman cities. It was the nineteenh century before Rafaele esposite , a baker from Naples, began to sell the first modern pizzas. He was asked to bake a special pizza for a visit by  the Italian King and queen in 1889. And so the first pizza margarita was created, named after the queen. Pizza become a favourite dish in italy, after the Second World war , pizza really became an international dish, soon there were pizzeries all over the USA, and american chains like pizza hut spread the idea around the world. Today the average american eats over ten kilogrammes of pizza a year, and the world’s largest pizza (measuring thirty metres across was baked not in Italy, but in Havana, Cuba.

Karaoke~
Everyone knows that karaoke comes from Japan, but it is not the Japanese for ‘drunk and tone-deaf’ as you might think. It actually means ‘empty orchestra’ . It all started in a small music bar in the city of kobe. One night when the usual guitarist didn’t turn up, the desperate bar owner recorded some music and invited his customers to sing instead. The craze soon spread, and special karaoke machines were invented. The idea was that however badly you sang everyone applauded at the end and it proved the perfect way fro stressed japanese businessmen to unwind. Today, just twenty years after it started in Kobe, you can find karaoke bars all over the world. As one karaoke fan put it, it’s something everyone should try at least once in their life.
